We are currently experiencing network performance and stability issues on the NIC network.  These issues may manifest themselves in several ways, including broken or poor-performing applications.  We’re currently aware of the following affected applications, but others are likely affected as well:

  • ni.com Web site
  • NIC ERP (Arapaho)
  • CDI (Athena)
  • Penguin (one of the Perforce servers)
  • Potentially periodic connectivity issues between NIC and international branches

Current support paths to report issues:

  • Web issues should be reported to Web Admins
  • ERP issues should be reported to Matt Aiple
  • All other end user issues should be reported to your Service Desk or local IT support

All IT teams are fully engaged with these issues and Juniper Networks support engineers are on site working with the teams.

In the event of a full network outage, the hotline (512) 683-5900 will be updated with current status.
