We have confirmed that portions of the 6th floor of Mopac-C continue to have DHCP issues and some users still cannot access the network.
Other known issues include, but are not limited to:
- ni.com Web site — FTP/HTTP file downloads still very slow or not completing. A plan to provide alternative access to FTP downloads is under way. We expect the alternative solution to be available in approximately 12 hours (best current estimate).
- ni.com Web site — performance appears stable, but we are still at risk of intermittent availability issues
- Some reports of websites external to NI being only intermittently available to people web surfing from within NI
- VPN access via the wireless network on the ‘Internet’ SSID is unavailable
